Manage Subscription & Billing

Your LoadCalcPro subscription and payment information are securely managed through Payhip. Use the button below to view billing history, update your payment method, or cancel your subscription.

How to Manage or Cancel Your Subscription

Click Open Payhip Membership Settings above.
Log in to your Payhip customer account using the email address you used when you purchased LoadCalcPro.
If you do not remember your Payhip password, click Forgot Password on the Payhip sign-in page and create a new password. Resetting it will not remove your subscription.
After signing in, click the profile icon (the person-shaped figure) in the upper-right corner.
Select Settings.
Select the Subscriptions tab.
To cancel, click Cancel next to your LoadCalcPro subscription and follow the confirmation prompts.

Your Two Separate Passwords

LoadCalcPro and Payhip are separate accounts. We recommend saving both passwords in your browser or password manager.

LoadCalcPro password Used to sign in to the member dashboard and access your calculators.

Payhip password Used to manage your subscription, billing history, payment method, and cancellation.
